DIDACT MISSION OF REFLECT

Hello, We return this evening from Kiliba at the didactic mission of REFLECT. Three groups facitated didactic meetings of the REFLECT to over fifty of women of UMAKI-NGO partner of CADI. The analysis of the community needs which emerged with generating topics after proposal of concrete actions in the form of solution strongly delighted the participants.
An overall meeting allowed the facilitators and participants to have a common vision on the step (during 30 minutes), then the groups were withdrawn for meetings REFLECT during 2h30. Lastly, 30 minutes overall for the conclusion.
After that forms of pedagogical critics wrote by facilitators, including the teaching, technical and didactic aspects, were given for a synthesis and recommendations to allow them to improve their practices. Generally, the participants adapt the REFLECT.
The next week, more will be done for REFLECT administrative aspects (organization of the REFLECT circles, planning and follow-up and evaluation of the REFLECT activities ). Tools will be produced. On Monday, we hope to transmit tools to you so that you make your observations before validating by the participants. It will be question of bringing your proposals there (of course with Honorine).
